Children's reductions:
In any case, do not hesitate to request a personalized offer, in which, where possible, we could take into account your particular needs.
All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor parking, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, WI-FI connection.
Prices do not include the tourist tax of EURO 1.40 per person (over 14 years) per day.
The reservation is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit.
Cancellation policy (according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006):
The final bill is paid the day before departure. For late arrivals, early departures or unoccupied beds the price will be calculated as resulting from the booking.
Check-in: from 2 p.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 9.30 a.m.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and apartments.
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets (no puppies) at the price of EURO 4 per pet per day, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the apartment and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
- Children up to the age of 4: gratis.
- Children up to the age of 8: 50% of the daily price.
- Children up to the age of 11: 75% of the daily price.

- More than 3 months before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 50% of the total price of your stay.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 75% of the total price of your stay.
- 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 100% of the total price of your stay.
